Cancel my subscription please

Hello,

I used your program once last month, and only once ever since. However, you have still charged me again for a months use, and I do not want to use this program any more. I want a refund for my money this month, and I want to unsubscribe and no longer pay for your services, and no longer want to use them.

I want a complete refund, and I want to be unsubscribed to your service (I will do that myself after I get my money back)

Из - за меня не было возможности прочитать ваше предыдущее письмо о обновляя свою подписку и на самом деле не хотят покупать «план один год» на один раз, поэтому я хочу , чтобы отменить автоматически оплаты, которым было сделано сегодня (INV00280995, Клиент исх: A00053759, имя учетной записи: Екатерина Вишневская, Платежный адрес: Екатерина Вишневская Marata улица 60/7 Санкт-Петербург 191119 Россия, Общая сумма 132,00 EUR) 
Как я могу видеть на «странице поддержки учетной записи» у меня есть 14 дней для отмены платежа, так как я индивидуальный абонент, используя Sparkol только для своих личных целей. 
Я искренне надеюсь, что вы поможете мне получить возмещение.

I have responded to your support ticket.

I need to cancel my subscription which was renewed yesterday.  I forgot my log in information and that is why I didn't cancel on time.  Please do not charge me for this year.  The subscription number is Z114361/A-S00084156.  I also cancelled it on the site.  

I tried to cancel my subscription but it was 7 hours past the subscription deadline - now it says it won't cancel until next year.  Can you please refund this amount?  


Your payment plan has been cancelled and you will not be charged again for this subscription. 
Subscription Z114361/A-S00084156 will expire on 12/4/2018.

If you have a query about your subscription please raise a support ticket.

It would be a good idea for you to cancel the subscription on your ACCOUNT page or to raise a support ticket, if you need assistance.
