.Automatic subscription renewal

My subscription has been automatically renewed. My bad - you did email me but I am in process of moving house and missed it. I have now cancelled but see I am being charged for a year. It was due yesterday - I have cancelled today. Can I please be reimbursed

Hazel, We charge a £7 admin fee on these refunds to cover the charges taken by the payment company but I have requested a refund for you and the funds will be returned within 7 days
