Unable to login to full verions!

i just paid and reactivated my account. but at the login page it keeps telling me that it's a trial version and doesn't allow me to login and continue 

That might mean that
1) the payment did not go through successfully for some reason
2) if you ever made more than one account, you reactivated one and tried to log into a different one
3) possibly there is a problem that customer support needs to identify on their end

you may want to click "MY TICKETS" at the top of this page and raise a new ticket to contact customer support
