I have paid for a one month subscription, have downloaded the program, but cannot login to my account. Who can I speak to, to sort this out?

you mentioned downloading but you did not mention installing the program, running the program or typing in your login information on the videoscribe login window. Maybe you could provide a screenshot of where your problem occurs or a more detailed description.
