Refund on Professional Credit Card

I need to request a refund. I only wanted the free trial and my administrator noticed another charge this year. How can I receive a refund on my account. I have cancelled the subscription but I see it doesn't go into affect until Dec. 2017. I need to have the refund on the business card in which it was charged to"
