Hi Sir, I feel that I have been over-charged for the subscription as there was 2 deduction made with regards to the Sparkol subscription. Last year I subscribed

under yearly and this year before it expired they deducted the yearly subscription fee as infact I wanted to purchased a life-time subscription and I noticed that I paid double instead of a single payment.

In view of the above, will I be able to get back the refund of the  extar amount which was deducted from my account?
