Unable to Restart Subscription

Hi there, I am the main account holder  and I am trying to renew the subscription, however i get a message saying i need to refer to the main account holder.

I would like to renew my subscription Please advise.

I responded to the support ticket you raised regarding this issue. You should be able to purchase now.

I am trying to renew my subscription but it keeps saying contact sparkol.  Can someone help me to renew my subscription?

Hi Kevin,


I no longer have an active Sparkol account with the company, this expired in 2019 as I changed roles. You will need to create a new account for your needs and obtain a subscription under your name.
