Bill without a subscription

Hi, I used video scribe last year in November. I cancelled it after one month, but today I saw, that you debit every month 23 Euros from my bank account.

What should I do? Can I get the money back or is it lost?

Hi, I don't work for sparkol but here is what I  suggest:

1) Raise a ticket to contact customer support about billing questions
2) customer support works monday through friday during UK business hours, so that is when you can expect a reply
