Videoscribe.co experiencing technical issues

I have partially created a presentation but I can't open the app on my iPad any more? Would I be better to be trying on a desktop? Is my scribe too big for the iPad?
you could Raise a Ticket and ask customer support to look at it.

why in videoscribe I can not add images, whereas to add text and graphs can help please

Sorry that you are experiencing this issue.

Please save your work, close VideoScribe, open it again and try again.

If that doesn't work, try again after restarting your computer.

If that doesn't work, close the software, restart your router and then try again.

If that doesn't work, follow the instructions in the article Library images will not preview or load.
