Wrong charge to my credit card. Urgent

I have a problem with my payment in VideoScribe.


You have done a double charge on my card, and I think there's a problem in the conversion of dollars to mexican pesos (I live in Mexico)

You should Raise a Ticket to contact customer support about billing questions.

I agree it looks wrong, but I'm just a member. Customer support can either explain it or fix it for you.
