I paid for a monthly subscription of Sparkol services last month and am no longer using the programs. I was recently charged with another payment and would like to request a refund and to cancel my subscription. I read in another help chat that there would be a $5 fee to process the refund which I am okay with. If you could help me out it would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance.
You should probably Raise a ticket to contact customer support about billing questions.
Also, you can click the Account link at the top of this page and then click the "cancel my subscription" link to cancel your subscription.
