We have a project that two employees will be creating. Can those two employees share a file via cloud or do they have to download the editable file, save it in a shared location, and then alert the other user it is ready for them? Or, can the editable file be shared in the could and they have access to it that way through the online account?
We are trying to determine what to purchase. A small team license for $650 that has to be renewed annually or just 2 licenses at $665 each that are one time payments.
Please provide some assistance in this decision make process. We'd like to purchase soon.
Two separate users would need two separate licences to use the software. Each account has it's own storage space and this cannot be shared between accounts. The way to share a scribe for editing with another user is the way you have described: "download the editable file, save it in a shared location, and then alert the other user it is ready for them".
