Need to Take Over Account from Person No Longer Available

Our company's licensed user (pwalsh@capecodfive.com) is no longer with the company and we do not have her log in information. We were just invoiced for a renewal, and I'd like to take over the account & license. My email address is kthomas@capecodfive.com. Thanks.
