Not able to make payment

I am from India and I want to buy a yearly plan. But whenever I try to do payment it fails every time. I have tries both the payment options. I also contacted my bank about the issue and they stated that the problem is from the merchant side. So, please state me the option to get rid of this problem and how can I make the payment and use the software.

I've just responded to your support ticket in regard to this issue.

What can I  do to buy the yearly plan. I have tried through PayPal and Master card with no success.

I forgot to say that my name is José and I am from Brazil

I could not make a payment for the monthly plan? Can you help me with that? 

I can not buy the annual license of the program. Help me please. I live in Brazil, okay?

I am from India and I have bought the license last two years, using the same payment method. This time, it is not allowing me to make the payment. Pls, suggest. Thank you

I have done the payment for VideoScribe single user yearly plan on 16th July 2019 by my credit card and the amount has been successfully debited for USD 96$ for the same, but my single user yearly subscription is stilled not renewed. Kindly Help.

Hi Joseph- you should be able to access the Pro version now, it looks like your subscription wasn't syncing with our database. We're fixing this now
