Need to remove watermark

I puchased the software but I still see the watermak! Why? can you help?

You'll need to close the application and re-open it so it registers your Pro account.

Any rendered videos in the trial will need to be rendered again as a Pro

my transaction declined.


I purchased the product but the trial version ended, and I cannot use the software now.  I have a monthly plan.  I have reloaded the software 3 times.  How do I fix this?  There is no tech support, just a bot which is not help.
