I cannot log in because the 7 days trials were done but I want to buy, now. How can I buy and log in to the same account???

Purchase a subscription on the VideoScribe website and use your same account as the free trial.

I am trying to buy the quarterly plan of Videoscribe but getting an error as below and cannot proceed forward. Please help to get this fixed at the earliest as I need to buy the plan to create an explainer video for a campaign ASAP.
