I think you need to raise a ticket if you want to ask customer support about billing. If you bought an annual plan they can probably switch you to monthly billing at the monthly price.
(If you pay for a whole year, you get a discount so the price is lower per month. If you switch to monthly billing, you lose the discount and you pay the regular price per month.)
Is the pricing that you mentioned educational pricing? Be aware that educationa subscriptions will watermark all videos and cannot be used for marketing or sales.
