Restart your subscription

If you have cancelled your Sparkol subscription but want to sign up again you can (there is no need to create a new account).

You will need to have signed into your Sparkol account to complete these steps.

Step 1. Visit the Buy Page and choose a new Sparkol subscription 

Select either a Monthly (A) or Yearly (B) payment plan, or a One-Off licence (C). The payment plans available will differ depending on your country location whilst purchasing the licence. 

Step 2. Log in with your Sparkol account details.

Enter your email address (D), password (E) and then click on the ‘Login to continue button’ (F).

Step 3. Check your payment plan details and enter your address information.

As you enter your address information (G) you will be provided with suggestions, when the correct address displayed click on it to auto-complete required fields. 

If your billing address is different or someone else is paying for the account and you want them to receive the payment notifications uncheck the 'Billing address is the same' box (H). This will open a second address option where you can enter a different billing email or postal address. Click on the Proceed to payment button (I) to continue.

Step 4. Enter your payment details.

Choose your payment method, credit or debit card is selected by default (J). Enter your card payment details below (K).

If paying with PayPal, select the PayPal radio button (L) and click ‘Check out with PayPal’ (M) where you will be taken to the PayPal log in page.

Step 5. Read the terms and pay

Acknowledge that you understand that you are setting up a subscription for which you will make an immediate payment followed by regular payments by checking the box (N).

Read the payment terms and app licence and user terms and if you accept them, check the box to accept the terms (O).

Click ‘Pay Now’ (P).

Please note: You need to make sure that your current subscription has reached its end date before you purchase a new one. If you try to restart whilst your current subscription is still active, an error message will be displayed saying ‘It looks like you already have an active VideoScribe subscription’ (Q).

If you've forgotten your password, you can request a reset link.

If you have saved your scribes to the cloud (online) you can find them in the online scribes folder of your project selection screen in VideoScribe. If you saved them locally or to your base folder, you will need to be using the same computer. 

You might be using an older version of VideoScribe. Check your VideoScribe version number and Download and install VideoScribe – PC or Download and install VideoScribe - MAC to get the most updated version.
