If you have a subscription on a yearly payment plan which you purchased via our sales team these do not automatically renew. We will email the billing email address in the weeks leading up to renewal with instructions on how to process your renewal or you can contact firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange this.
What to do if you have cancelled but change your mind?
If you have already cancelled your subscription, you will be able to continue to use the software until the date that the next payment would have been due but it will no longer renew. If you decide you would like to reverse this please contact us and we can remove the cancellation for you so that it will renew automatically (we can only do this if your subscription has not yet expired). Alternatively, you can wait until your current subscription expires and then you will be able to restart your subscription.
Switch to a longer-term plan
You can upgrade your subscription at any time, however, you can’t upgrade a cancelled subscription. If your subscription has not yet expired but you have cancelled it and would like to upgrade, please contact us.
