Get a receipt resent from BlueSnap

A small number of customers will have an older subscription via the BlueSnap payment platform. Receipts for these subscriptions can be reissued on the BlueSnap website.


Step 1. On the Subscriptions and invoices page of your Sparkol account select ‘BlueSnap control panel’ link (A).

Step 2. You will be asked to re-confirm your account credentials as your payment details can be accessed from the next screen. 

Enter your email address (B) and password (C) then click ‘Log in to continue’ (D).

Step 3. Any invoices in the last 6 months will show in the Recent Charges section (E), click on Order Info (F) to open the order. 

Step 4. You will now see your order information. About half way down the page is a Resend option. Ensure you have selected 'Receipt' (G) from the drop down menu, then press 'Send' (H)

You will receive the receipt via email.
