A small number of customers will have an older subscription via the BlueSnap payment platform. These subscriptions need to be cancelled on the BlueSnap website.
Step 1. On the Subscriptions and invoices page in your Sparkol account select BlueSnap control panel link (A).
Step 2. Click Change (A) next to the status of your subscription.
Step 3. Enter a cancellation reason (A) and then click cancel subscription (B) to confirm the cancellation.
Step 4. You will now see that you have no active subscription in your BlueSnap account (A).
You will also receive an email confirming your cancellation. Please keep this for your records.
